C. Preconditions or Activities that must precede the application
C.1 The application will not be considered unless the form is completely and correctly filled.
C.2. In case of associations, limited companies, co-operative societies, etc., particulars of the Head of the Institution should be given.
D. Defaults leading to penal Action
D.1 If the information given in this application is found at any time to be incorrect, the licence, if any and when granted will be liable to be cancelled with notice and no refund of fees will be allowed for the unexpired period of such licence.
D.2. The issue of this form does not guarantee the grant of a licence. It is illegal to carry on any trade or storage without a licence or in anticipation of a licence and prosecution will be immediately launched as soon as such unauthorised activities are noticed notwithstanding any application thereof.
D.3. The licence, if granted, will be subject to the provisions of the Thane Municipal Corporation (Regulation of keeping of specified articles for keeping in or upon any premises) By laws 1985. TOP
