BLDG., PURCHASE OF COMPUTERS AND VEHICLES.

TO DEPOSIT TMC FUNDS IN VARIOUS BANKS.

TO REPAY LOANS OBTAINED FROM GOVERNMENT AND
OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
